Ordering items
When submitting an order to Robert W Bawden you are entering into a contract with us to supply you with handmade jewellery items as are described in the product details on each web page. In the rare cases that product you ordered is no longer available, you will be contacted as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.

Website images
All photographs taken of items on the website are presented in order to be a clear representation of the product for sale. Due to the handmade nature of a number of our jewellery items we reserve the right to sell items with minor differences to the products photographed.

Intellectual Property
You may not copy, reproduce, store, distribute or in any other fashion re-use material from our website unless otherwise indicated on the unless given express permission to do so.

Age Restrictions
Persons under the age of 18 should only use our website under the supervision of an adult or legal guardian.

Pricing
All pricing information on our website is correct at the time of going online. We reserve the right to change prices as is necessary.

Delivery
If we receive no communication from you, within 7 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the items you have purchased then you are assumed have received the goods with no issues.

Termination
We reserve the right to cancel purchases for any reason prior to processing payment and dispatch.
