Do you have a shop location?
Aspire Jewellery currently operates solely online and presently has no physical shop premises - however, this may change in the near future so do make sure to subscribe in order to stay up to date
Is my parcel insured and tracked?
Yes, Using Royal Mail and DHL for the UK and DHL for international orders.
All parcels are tracked and insured.
When will I receive my parcel?
Delivery dates for UK:
- In Stock 3-5 days
- Made To Order 10-14 days
Delivery dates for everywhere else:
- In Stock 10-12 days
- Made To Order 15-21 days

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are based in the UK and do ship internationally with free worldwide shipping and returns using DHL.
Do you offer refunds and returns?
Customers are entitled to a 14 day refund period.
All goods, and all boxes and packaging, must be returned in the same condition as received i.e. undamaged and unworn where possible. Should any item be identified as being damaged upon return a refund will not be given.
The customer is entitled to a 28 day exchange should they wish to purchase something else. The same conditions of returning the goods written above apply for the exchange to be allowed; should any goods returned be damaged an exchange will not be given and the item will be returned to the customer.

Do you hand deliver?
We are currently operating in South West London, UK, and our head office is located in South Devon, UK - it may be possible to hand deliver your purchase provided it is in the vicinity of these locations. Please do get in touch to arrange and find out more
Do you offer gift wrap? How are the items presented when I buy them?
Yes, as standard, all of our jewellery boxes are gift-wrapped.
All of our handmade pieces of jewellery come in eco friendly stunning rhubarb & vanilla coloured box gift wrapped in soft tissue paper lovingly finished off with a matching bow.
Do you offer a bespoke service?
Yes we have a small team of expert silversmiths and goldsmiths who are on hand to explore your ideas. Please do get in touch to submit your ideas and requirements and we will be in touch
Do you offer a repair service? How much does it cost?
Yes but only for our pieces that have been bought through us, we will not repair any other brands items unfortunately. There will likely be a cost incurred unless a manufacturing fault, once the item has been assessed a quote will be given to you before proceeding with the work needed to restore your item. Do get in touch if you have previously bought something from us and your item is in need of repair
Do you purchase jewellery?
No unfortunately we do not purchase pre-owned jewellery nor deal with second hand goods
